$100For private-pay or insured patients ages 20–64 who are not eligible for OHIP coverage.
Comprehensive exam + digital retinal imaging
$150A complete exam with detailed retinal photographs.
Exam + contact lens fitting
$135Includes standard trial contact lenses.
Exam + multifocal or XR contact lens fitting
$150Includes multifocal or extended-range trial contact lenses.
Digital retinal imaging
$60Optional advanced imaging when not combined with a comprehensive eye exam.
